Vince Zampella, Has Died in a California Traffic Collision
The co-creator of Call of Duty, renowned for co-creating the globally famous franchise Call of Duty, has tragically died in a traffic collision in California aged 55.
Zampella's death was confirmed by Electronic Arts, the parent company of Respawn Entertainment, the development studio that he helped create.
The influential video game developer died after his vehicle was involved in a crash and caught fire on a freeway in the Los Angeles area on this past Sunday, as reported by.
"This is an unimaginable loss, and our deepest sympathies go to his family and friends, his family, and everyone impacted by his creative vision," a representative from Electronic Arts stated.
