On Wednesday, the company's top executive a key figure notified team members about this decision through an official communication, which emphasized that early feedback sessions had shown the necessity for a more defined vision.

Hello Everyone—
I know you all just completed your gathering - I trust you’re as enthusiastic as I am with the good news. Last time I shared you all a message, I expressed the following: “I am confident in this crew. You all are some of the most driven and innovative developers we have had the chance to work with - and we’re excited for that partnership to continue.”
Given your hard work and flexibility, especially over the last year, you consistently demonstrate that.
The community feedback from last autumn’s the game testing phase was informative. It confirmed the appeal of a action-packed game but told us we still had improvements to make. It highlighted the requirement for a sharper vision.
The progress is encouraging to see how far you’ve progressed. You took the feedback to heart and revamped Project ETHOS with a refreshed vision - one that’s positioned to deliver on its promise to our players.
The trust in Project ETHOS increases every day. To advance the remarkable progress you’ve made, I’m excited to welcome the new hire as the incoming Studio Head of 31st Union. After a period of talks, he comes aboard us on the specified date.
Ben’s management and experience in the PVP shooter field is considerable, having spent the past decade and a half producing and overseeing some of the most well-known series in the industry, including the acclaimed shooter, and most recently, Apex Legends.
